Telespine   With the Techstars ++ visiting team of startups are visiting Mayo Clinic, we sat down with each one to talk more about their business, and their work.   Telemedicine   One of the ways we see innovation in health care taking shape is through collaborative work that is global in reach. With the William Drenttel Innovation Fellowship, providers and researchers from around the world are able to join the work of the Center for Innovation for 12 months in partnership with their areas of expertise. Benjavan Upatising, Ph.D. (Den), received her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 2013 and holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. The main focus of Den’s Ph.D. research was on home telemonitoring.
