Josina Vink is a strategist and systems designer who works on disruptive innovations in the field of health and community development. She has extensive experience facilitating collaborative system and service design processes using people-centred processes such as: ethnographic research methods, co-design, systems analysis, and foresight. Through these and other creative tools, Josina works toward realizing a healthy future for all.
Josina has held roles as a Senior Research and Policy Analyst at SHS Consulting, as a Service Designer at the Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation, and is currently supporting the implementation of community-driven system changes (including the Peer Positive Initiative) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto. Josina also co-leads CAMH's new Systems Lab which designs innovations aimed at improving the future of Ontario's mental health and addictions system.
Josina is passionate about re-thinking the fundamentals of health care, the meaningful engagement of those most marginalized, learning from failures, investing in transformative innovation, and keeping bees.
