This spring, leaders of provider-based healthcare innovation centers and departments will be coming to Rochester, MN to attend the Fifth Innovation Centers Summit Workshop on May 19-20, 2015, put on by BluePrint Healthcare IT.
The Summit Workshop will explore “Engaging the Entire Healthcare Innovation Eco-system in Transformation—Inside and Out" over two days. The unique interactive forum will feature participant-generated content in master workshops and breakout brainstorming sessions as well as BluePrint's hallmark speed dating sessions between centers.
With a special focus on engaging stakeholders in the innovation process, this forum for provider-based healthcare innovation centers will feature participant generated content in master workshops and breakout brainstorming sessions as well as BluePrint's hallmark speed dating sessions between centers.
Breakout brainstorming session topics to develop best practices may include topics from the role of innovation centers in building multi-disciplinary teams for innovation centers/initiatives to collaborating with external partners. Master workshops led by innovation center leaders may include topics from engaging patients on health and wellness to measuring engagement in innovation.
A special master workshop is being planned to engage all Summit attendees in a social networking experience. Full range of possible topics listed on a later page. Topics will be chosen ahead of time based on participants attending and available leaders, and everyone will get to join two breakout sessions, two master workshops plus two plenary master workshops with a panel on engagement models and a social media experience. You’ll start off with a tour of the Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation and its Multidisciplinary Design Clinic. You will have the option of touring the Mayo Clinic campus at the end of the program.
