It’s easy, when thinking about the patient experience in healthcare, to ignore the experiences patients (now people) are having outside of healthcare in other industries. People interact with services, products and interfaces constantly but the influence of those experiences are often ignored when the patient experience is explored.
To begin to better understand this space we would like to pose a question to the Transform community:
How / why is patient experience different than user / consumer experience?
