03 Dec An Interview With A Target Simplicity Challenge Semi-Finalist
The Target Simplicity Challenge, announced at Transform 2013, has now started its semi-finalist phase. More than 480 people submitted ideas to innovate healthcare in two categories that address some of the most critical opportunities in healthcare today: helping people make positive lifestyle and prevention choices, and helping people live well with a chronic condition. Target received submissions from entrants across the country, many from the healthcare industry, as well as from students, innovators, designers and entrepreneurs invested in improving healthcare.
We now need your help to pick the winner. Public voting comprises 10% of the total score. Two grand prize winners will be selected (one from each category). These two winners will each receive $25,000, a trip to Minneapolis to present their idea, and a chance to explore with Target the possibility of making their vision a reality.
We at the Center for Innovation had some time recently with Kim Wiltshire, one of our amazing nurses from Mayo Clinic. Listen to the conversation below!
