my husband suffers from paralized diaphram for many years and he is getting worse with this breathing, and there is no hope. is there a research team for this condition?

While diet issues are usually not ‘healthcare’, the American diet does seem related to our public health.
Was consideration given covering issues diet, school lunches, nursing home meals….?
